Walmart sent word that they will have a week-long Walmart Deals Event from October 5th through the 11th. The sale is meant to kick off Walmart's holiday deal season and compete with Amazon's Prime Big Deal Days which takes place on the 6th and 7th of October. Walmart's sale does not require a membership to access it, however Walmart+ members typically get early access. The sale will take place both in stores and on Walmart.com. We expect to see a full press release with deal previews soon.
