Squatty Potty Stockholm 7" Folding Bamboo Toilet Stool $35.99

We have several squatty potties in our home but this one is the best! Took me a while to buy because of the cost but I’m so glad I did. It’s gorgeous and is also serving as a stool for our vertically challenged roomies (aka the kids). 10/10

I feel like this is the only squatty potty that is cute, it matches my bathroom. I was a little worried about the reviews talking about the craftsmanship, but thought I would take a shot and return it if it was bad like some of the reviews. Thankfully, I found nothing wrong with mine. I like that it folds up and can be put to the side.

Functional, aesthetically please, clean design. Folds up nicely. Sturdy enough for its’ chief purpose or for a cat to sit on, but I wouldn’t try it as a step stool. My only complaint is that the wood is not sealed so if it get wet, the wood stains. I still like it and use it, just wish I had known ahead of time. Would buy again, just don’t get it wet or seal it.

Cant go wrong when you raise your legs' to your chest and open up for a perfect smooth delivery! A must for anyone who thinks they have to push, squeeze and torture them selves while on the Potty ! A quick squat and your ready to eat again !

My boyfriend was against me getting the standard squatty potty so when I saw this, I knew it would be perfect. It tucks on the side of the toilet when I'm finished using it and it's pretty, to boot. The only issue I've been having is that one of the legs keeps getting stuck and I need my boyfriend to close it for me. There's a button on the side that needs to be pushed in by it hurts my fingers. I'm really hoping that this loosens up over time so I can keep storing it properly.

All in all, this is a good solution for those who don't want the permanent fixture under their toilet!

There's no denying the benefit of a stool for pooping! It doesn't take long to figure out if you like it, and it is life changing.

This 7" stool is the basic height, and this product isn't available in the 9".

I bought this "premium" model because I thought it looked nice, would be easy to put away when guests come, and paid quite a premium for it ($60 vs base models).

It works as a stool, and is sturdy.

However, two problems:

1. It is not easily foldable. The design of the mechanism is poor, and so it is difficult to operate and a a pinching injury just waiting to happen.

2. The build or finish quality is quite poor. The paint is thing and uneven, and you can see through it. The legs are meant to be smooth white on one side and textured on the other, but the first product had these flipped on one side, so it didn't look symmetrical. The stripes don't look like a design feature as much as a quality problem in manufacturing. The bamboo was chipped on the edges (not smooth), but I don't think it will splinter where my feet go.

Amazon quickly replaced my defective item, but the new product had almost all of the same problems and some new ones.

The "Stockholm" looks better than a plastic model, but I paid $60 so I could get one that looked nice and was easy to put away. It doesn't really look nice, and it is not easy to put away.

I still use it because it is better than no stool for sure. I'll look for another nicer product from another company (Stoolie or Tushy), but in the meantime this does the job.

Just what I wanted; would recommend.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my wife. She said it worked fine, but we noticed large cracks on the wood. It doesn't look like it would hold up well over time. From the pictures I don't think it should look like this.

I expected better quality for the price.
