$20 a roll is like 5 years ago pricing, pla currently is around $10-$15 a roll

Its a "better brand" of filament.
Print quality wise, I havent noticed any difference between this and some of the absolute cheapest filaments. But if you want a very specific color/surface finish, then yeah, you might have to get more expensive filaments to get exactly wheat you want.
