I heard good reviews on this, and had it on my watchlist. Thanks for sharing!

These are the best. This is what pilots and flight attendants use.

They use this brand (TravelPro) but generally it's one of the higher lines.

This guy get's it. This is a decent deal on a decent bag, but the best ones almost always have double wheels. (this one has single)
e.g. the platinum elite.

I have the 25 and 29, just got one more of each, this is a good deal. Since the 50lbs weight is such a cutoff for flying, it's nice having these really light weight bags, especially the 29" that you can actually fill up and not be over 50lbs.
The other bags I have are also travel pro, the higher tier and really bullet proof, but they are also heavy so weight is a concern. If you were a pilot/flight attendant you'd go for the higher tier, but there also is probably no bag weight concern either.

We have two of these. Super light and work just fine for what we need. Each has been on over 30 plane trips (round trip, so over 60 flights), plus 10-15 car trips.
Tempting, but there is still plenty of life left in the ones we have.

we love this brand but there's been a few recent deals from other brands that include tsa locks and double spinner wheels for much cheaper and similar quality

Ugh. I bought a set last year at full price.

The International Carry-on 19-Inch has some very desireable features... offset by a couple of awful choices.- That wheel design doesn't exactly inspire confidence
- The expandable front is problematic if you're aiming to use this in a size-limited application.
(Expandable bags can be problematic in conservative luggage sizers; the Travelpro likely dodges this problem by being conservatively sized as noted in some reviews)
Good luck!
Jon
