$2,000 Roland TD-513 Electronic V-Drums Kit at Costco.com after $700 off

I just noticed that Costco.com has the Roland TD-513 Electronic V-Drums kit for $2,000 with free shipping valid 10/19/26-10/25/26. This is a kit only sold at Costco.

This looks like an excellent kit for this price. It has the V51 module, so a huge step up from the TD-316 that retails for $1,999. But on top of the module, it also includes a pdp hi-hat stand, a pdp kick pedal, drumsticks, and Roland's V-Drums headphones. Just need to get a throne and you have everything you need.

I liked this review of all current Roland drumsets (including this one) here: https://youtu.be/tTtzA70WwSo?si=yC6933SJKZc1JEcn (TD-316 reviewed at 9:13, and the TD-513 at 11:40)

I think he's probably right to say to drop back to the TD-316 with the price of the TD-513 at a $700 premium at retail, but I would think the prices being equal, the TD-513 would be the recommendation.

I ordered one. I'm pretty excited to get a nice mid-tier Roland V-Drum set with future digital expandability.
